		<description>Granted he&#039;s paying child support as you mentioned, I&#039;m HOPING this is court-ordered child support. If not, get it court ordered and stop paying until he does!

With that being said, he also needs to file for visitation and explain to a judge that he&#039;s already taken the child to his home and spent time with her and they only reason why he can&#039;t now is basically because of you.

He WILL be granted visitation and she absolutely cannot decide he he brings his child around once it is court ordered.</description>
