7 months and one week, or 7 and a half months.
But if you look at baby books some say it a little differently. Because not every month has the same amount of weeks and days. I was going by 4 weeks when I was counting.

28 weeks is 7 months so 30 weeks is 7 1/2 months 32wks-8 mnths 36wks-9 months and 40wks-10 months

You are seven months and 1 week or 7 months 2 weeks pregnant.
